would you recommend the dosage that they prescribe on the bottles or do you take them in larger quantities? I’ve been thinking about trying Fenugreek and stinging nettle(since its easiest to find). Is it better to take them together or one at a time?

Definitely together, and at 10 gram 1-3x per day for Fenugreek and 3×5 gram for the Nettle Root!
These work synergistically for max effect!

More like 5 gram at a time, so definitely more. That’s what I do, anyways and it works just swell!

Any recommendations for cycling of these supplements? (ie 3weeks on, one week off, etc?)
Yeah most herbals work for only a while, so I’d say 1-2 weeks on a 1-3 herbals combo, then switch it up.
You might cycle through 3 different combos before going back to the first one.

I can tell you how I use it:
Zinc: 3×15-45mg
Turnera Diffusa: 1-3x5gram
Saw Palmetto: 3×2-3 caps
Oil of Rosemary and Coconut Butter: AM and Noon, about a teaspoon to a tablespoon with 1-3 drops of the oil
Maca: 1-3 caps AM&PM (500mg/day)
Fenugreek:1-3×5-10gram
Stinging Nettle: 1-3x5gram
Muira Puama: 1-1.5 gram p.d. (3×500 mg)
Ashwaghanda: 450-900 mg daily (1.5% anolides)
Holy Basil: 4-800mg, 1-2xpd, early in the day
Tribulus Terrestris: PM, 750mg a day, 40%+ standardised

Zinc is synergistic to just about everything.
I’d use some 2-4 of these herbals at a time and cycle through 3-4 different combos before going back to the first one.
