Organic Farmers Coffee Is Good for You … It May Even Extend Your Life!
IT’S CONFIRMED:
Organic Farmers’ Coffee is GOOD FOR YOU!
And I am glad, because I love coffee, I LOVE it!
It’s really GREAT:
All in all an awesome beverage, but guess what? It gets better yet:
Weight Loss:
Coffee is a great weight loss tool, because of its appetite suppressing and its energy providing qualities. Combine some extra organic farmers coffee with a good diet program and you can just watch the pounds drop off!
Mental Health:
Animal studies have shown that it can prevent Alzheimer’s Disease, and now some recent research has confirmed this in humans!
This research points out that you will not get the effect from isolated caffeine, nor from de-caffeinated coffee.
So what that means is it’s not the caffeine alone, or the coffee by itself, this does not work in isolation: it must be the coffee with the caffeine in it; as nature intended.
But then I heard stories about estrogens in coffee, and I got worried!
Remember estrogen is a female hormone that makes “Girly Men” out of the guys (to quote The “Governator”, Arnold Schwarzenegger), and too much of the stuff is even bad for women too!
But when I recently met Premier Olympic Strength Coach Charles Poliquin again, he confirmed to me that this is merely due to the Xeno-Estrogens from all the crop-spray.
And that is the one catch:
Coffee is great, but it should always be organic, simply because the non-organic version is one of the most heavily sprayed crops on the planet, and the dangerous Xeno-Estrogens (chemicals that behave just like human estrogen hormone in the body) are just one result of that.
So Organic Farmers’ Coffee is the word, meaning coffee raised on organic farms.
To Your Health,
Mark
P.S.
Coffee is good for you, provided your heart is healthy. Otherwise, take care!
BTW: some long-term studies have shown coffee drinkers to live an average of some 10 years longer than non-coffee drinkers! Great stuff!
UPDATE!
After talking to Tony Pantalleresco — who is by the way THE man as far as Herbalists go– he mailed me a list of research on coffee that’s just mind-boggling, coffee seems to additionally have:
And finally it might even make the arteries more elastic … now that’s a good thing!
Looks like this is one beverage you simply can’t afford not to drink!

I rarely drink coffee but I do know that it can be a very healthy drink. Unfortunately, what messes it all up is loading it with sugar! If only people stuck to a sugar less and in this case organic approach I am sure they would be happy with the results.

Hey Mark,
I guess this question can apply to more than just coffee, but is it better to drink regular coffee with all those xeno-estrogens, or to not drink it at all? You are still getting the benefits from the coffee, but also the nasty chemicals. Also, I bought coconut sugar the day after I read your article, and it tastes great in coffee! I also have done coconut oil in coffee and that is probably even tastier.
Hey Eric, great to hear fro you man!
How is the training coming along, good yeah?
Yeah the coffee should always be organic for sure, the other type is just to full of toxins…
Way to go on the coconut oil and sugar, this stuff is the business isn’t it?
Please keep me updated on your progress man, hope to see you in the English premier league right soon!

Oh yeah, forgot to mention, I know organic is the way to go, but my question has to do with a situation in which you can’t go organic, like at a restaurant. Thanks!
Yeah as a rare exception it’s alright to have a small cup of ordinary, non organic coffee, but you’ll find it also just doesn’t taste any good, compared to the real deal. I just wouldn’t make a regular habit out of it…
