Losing Tummy Fat? Not a Problem!
If Losing Tummy Fat, or Butt Fat, or whatever which fat has ever been a problem, DO NOT DESPAIR!
Here’s Your Ultimate Weight Loss Solution: The final answer to your desperate Fat Burning Questions!
Understanding how the process works, understanding the basics, and getting a real world answer to diet problems will help you make the right decisions and finally achieve that dream body you’ve been so long waiting for.
Don’t let anybody tell you that it’s out of reach, because that’s baloney!
Anyone can do it, with just a little self-discipline and most of all the right background knowledge!
So with(out) further ado, let me give you the Basics:
1.Weight Loss happens via a Calorie Deficit. Period
2.You can achieve this deficit via 2 pathways:
Work More Than You Eat, or
Eat Less Than You Work.
The Problem? Most folks would rather not eat less, but prefer to simply eat too much and then do some training to burn off the surplus. That’s why Fat Burning Workouts are so popular.
But this is the wrong approach, as explained below. It never lasts.
The right approach is to simply eat less than you need without any additional exercise.
Same problem arises: people don’t want to eat less, if anything, they want to eat more!
The Specifics/Explanation:
Work more that you eat, or
Eat less than you work.
In English that means burn off more calories than you take in OR take in less calories than you burn off.
Because that is not necessarily always the same:
You can eat too much and then burn even more, or simply eat less than you burn anyways, without additional work/exercise.
The correct approach is the latter: to eat less than you work, i.e to take in fewer calories than your daily maintenance/than you burn without additional work.
This is because the former approach (overeating and then working your butt off to make up for it) never works out in the long run.
Let me illustrate with a simple example, the Donut vs the Treadmill:
2 Donuts = 800 calories.
800 calories = 1.5 hours on the Treadmill.
Can you see how no-one will want to do hours on the Treadmill forevermore?
For a while, sure. But for the rest of your life? Gimme a break! It never “works out”.
So it’s way easier to simply eat less than your daily average calories. No extra work, and yet weight loss results. Presto.
This can be achieved by a daily, but best by a weekly deficit. So as long as you take in fewer kcl’s per week total than are going out, you’re good!
Also it’s definitely the healthier method, because eating more and then training even more is just burning the candle at both ends.
Whereas the only truly reliable way to slow aging –as shown in numerous studies– is maintaining a calorie deficit.
Eating less is good for you. Eating more and busting your butt is not how you live a long and healthy life!
You can also look at it this way:
Fat Burning Training is a Symptom Treatment, like taking an aspirin for pain.
Instead you want to fix the cause of the problem: in this case the overeating.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying don’t train: exercising correctly is healthy and can speed up your weight loss progress significantly.
But don’t rely on the symptom treatment if you want long-term, lasting success. For that you need to find a way to fix the cause of those symptoms.
| Cause: OVEREATING Symptom: EXCESS BODY FAT Cure: eat healthy, low calorie foods that taste great and stuff you right up. This is the only lasting cure for the cause of all your weight loss troubles. |
Because this will help make eating less, rather than more, an easy thing to do.
But … how do you do that?
Solution:
Create foods that are yummy, healthy, and provide great satiety (read: fill you right up) and yet allow you to remain in a calorie deficit!
Enter my TS Cook Book:
Filler Foods all, meaning foods that have a Low Calorie Cost and yet stuff you up so you couldn’t eat more if you wanted to!
Here’s some free examples as a “Taster”, so to speak! DANG I’m funny!
“Guten Appetit!”
Yeah, “Gesundheit!”

P.S.
So these are just the basics, but get them right, and the rest will follow!
Good Luck on your quest to losing tummy fat … for good!

Hi Mark,
Last week I wrote a about setting up a calorie deficit for fat loss on my blog. I gave numbers, info to do it right, but you’ve made it easier to understand (and you put a picture of pretty lady in the beginning of the post).
Seriously though, really good info here as usual. I think you’re dead on target about guys in the gym trying to create a deficit by increasing their activity level and eating more or eating poorly. You could set up a deficit through a fat burning workout and keeping calorie intake at maintenance level(of course, that would require them to run the numbers to know what their daily maintenance level is). Or they could reduce daily calories a just a bit below TDEE and increase their activity level.

P.S. I hope it was O.K. to place a hyper text link to my post; if its not, please remove it and accept my apology.
Hey Ray,
good to hear from ya!
Nooo prob, anytime for you my friend!
Yeah it’s a big issue, it seems though that’s what most want: instead of parting with their donuts, they’d rather bust their bee-hinds to burn fat.
Only problem: doesn’t really work, not in the long run!
