How to sleep better is a common question…too common!

“Most everyone has some form of sleep trouble, and it affects their overall Quality of Life.”
What about Good Performance: in sporting events, in business or in private life? No way when you’re tired.
Without enough sleep, weight reduction is actually slowing right down… and appetite will go through the roof!

Sleeping disorders are a very wide spread challenge today. They’re associated with a number of health conditions, including obesity … that’s right, weight problems.

Sleep Deprivation is usually caused by what’s termed “Insufficient or Poor Sleep Syndrome”.
This basically means folks screw up their circadian rhythm until matters turn ugly…

The New York Daily News reports direct correlations between insomnia and weight gain …
–in women actually more than men.
A previous investigation by the New York Obesity Research Center uncovers that sleep deprived people binge a lot more than those with adequate rest.

Scientists have shown the link between poor quality sleep and weight gain in other studies as well and hypothesize that hormones connected with hunger and food-consumption increase if we are tired.

When fatigued, you’re cranky and hungry, that’s a fact!

The Washington Post states that inadequate or inconsistent sleep heightens the potential risk of cancer, coronary disease, diabetic issues and overweight issues.

Serious? It can get more serious:

Stress, overindulging in comfort foods, even major depression may result.

Lets see what some of the experts can tell us concerning the link between sleep loss and ill-health:

Your penalties for staying up late can be quite considerable, even fatal for some. Research has linked long-term sleep loss to obesity, coronary disease, high blood pressure, diabetic issues and also to shorter lives.

So what can we do? How to Sleep Better, then?!

OK, the bad news first:
Sadly fellas, if you like it or not, you may have to get your head around having more… SEX!

So next time the spouse or significant other claims “headaches”, you have one more argument in your favor…

Outside of sexual intimacies, there are some other “tricks” available, as well.

How to Sleep Better, the Check-List:

• Get up and retire for the night at the same time each and every day: our bodies love regularity.
• Lift some Weights or do Interval Running as well as other Weight-Loss Routines. Where I grew up they used to say: “If you can’t sleep, work harder!”
• Use Night-Time Herbals: try Reishi Mushroom, Feverfew, Lactuca Virosa and Lavender Oil. Sweet Dreams!
