Fat Burning Recipes

Hey guys and gals, it’s Mark and as outlined in my article on fat burning foods, you actually can EAT to lose weight, it’s true !;-)

You still need a calorie deficit to burn fat for sure, but this is possible to achieve by having what I call Fillers: high fiber, high volume foods.

So the result is a full tummy –-full with delish food by the way—and FEWER calories than usual!
Give you an example: 1 kg (that’s 2 pounds+!) of Broccoli has about 300 calories … that’s nothing!

And believe it or not, Broccoli –as well as Cauliflower, Lentils, Beans, and my special Filler Recipes can and do taste totally outstanding.

AND they’re extremely good for your health, too!

Now a dieter can hardly ask for more, right?
I mean: full and satisfied, with yummy food, no starving, no dieting as such, and YET FEWER CALORIES!
Doesn’t get better than that!

Nope.

OK, right into some three of my all-time favorite Super Filler Foods:
(I have them ALL the time !;-)

1. Super-Filler Flap Jacks
(you‘ll still be full the next day!)

• 4 organic, Free Range Eggs
• 250 gram Organic, Whole Grain Barley Flakes
• 50 gram Spelt Bran
• 5 gram Psyllium Husk Powder
• 5 gram Cinnamon
• 50 gram Dark Raisins
• 2.5 gram Salt
• 1 tsp Coconut Butter
• Dried Coconut Rasps
• 200 ml Water

Mix the barley, the spelt bran, psyllium, cinnamon and salt as well as the dark raisins in a bowl. Add the water, let soak for 20-30 minutes.

Melt the coconut butter in a pan, take off heat, let cool, then add the eggs and the pre-soaked barley, spelt bran, psyllium, salt, cinnamon and raisins.

Put back on low heat, stirring vigorously, keep the eggs yellow, don’t let them turn even slightly brown. Keep stirring until dry and of firm, sticky consistency.

Take the dough out, shape into squares or balls, roll/dust in the coconut rasps. Enjoy !;-)

This will fill you up like nothing else, and you will still be full on the next day … no joke !;-)

2. Swiss Meal:
Home Baked Barley Bread with Cheese
(this is a super healthy fat burning filler!)

• 200 gram Barley Flakes (alt: Oats)
• 50 gram Spelt Bran
• 10 gram Psyllium Husk Powder
• 5 gram Salt
• 2.5 gram Baking Soda
• 10 gram Dry Baker’s Yeast
• 250 ml Water

Mix all together, let rise for 30 minutes, bake in oven or in pot (low heat) for about an hour.
Enjoy with high protein, low fat hard cheese or Brie.

3. Delicious C-Nut Appetite-Killer

• 1 fresh Coconut, rasped roughly.
• 500 gram Greek Yogurt
• 5-10 gram Organic Cinnamon.

Take out the Coconut Water, keep about half, drink the rest.

Crack the shell, rasp the nut, stir C-Nut rasps and half of the C-Nut water plus Cinnamon into the Greek Yogurt. Presto!

The cinnamon, the coconut-fiber as well as the coconut oil/fat all serve to curb appetite like nobody‘s business… whilst tasting delicious and providing all the healthy nutrients your body could ever ask for; at a very low calorie-cost to boot!

And now let’s all tuck in!
