Cardio Workouts for Fat Burning ? Negative Calorie Foods? The Fat Burning Controversy Continues…

Cardio Workouts? Negative Calorie Foods?
What works, what doesn’t work, what is an outright scam?
Let’s take a closer look…

So I hope you guys forgive me the “Cliffhanger” from yesterday …

But here’s the next part right away anyways.

Setting the record straight, here are some “Fallacies” or Untruths of the Industry:

1. Cardio Workouts are the way to go for weight loss.
Well…not necessarily. A lot of experts feel it’s more effective to use high intensity interval training instead, since aerobics tend to waste muscle mass if you’re not careful.

2. Negative Calorie Foods are the thing to have if you want to lose weight
There isn’t really such a thing. There are high fiber, low calorie foods, and they certainly are good for you and will help the fat loss process. But don’t expect to burn more calories by eating than you’re taking in..by eating. The human body is WAY more efficient than that.

3. Weight Loss is hard work/it’s not easy: Not True.
The correct info, i.e. the right foods, training, supps, and the right timing make it relatively easy.

It’s all in the habit. Just form the right one doing the right things and it happens kind of automatically.

I sincerely believe that most who fail in their weight loss pursuit do so maybe because of many factors, but one major reason is the wrong information.

They do work up the motivation, put in the money, time and effort, and then see no results? Small wonder they give up.

For sure, you need to actually do it you know? It will not happen without work.
But it will definitely be easier in time than living a fat, unhappy, obese life!

4. Fat Burning is unhealthy: Not True.
Not if done properly. There is a right way and a wrong way to lose weight.
The wrong one IS unhealthy, and that’s for example where the cardio workouts come in. Whereas the right way –losing weight naturally by eating a low calorie healthy diet and exercising regularly– is the healthiest thing you could ever do.

5. You have to torture and starve yourself: Couldn’t be farther from the Truth.
They try to tell us that we have to discipline ourselves, deny ourselves the good things in life, basically live like a monk …
Don’t believe it!
With the correct approach, you can eat: to your heart‘s delight, plentiful and delicious meals … just the right ones and at the right times is all. And I don’t mean “negative calorie foods”! icon biggrin Cardio Workouts for Fat Burning ? Negative Calorie Foods? The Fat Burning Controversy Continues...

6. You have to do a heck of lot of training continuously, become a spartan exercise machine for the rest of your life to drop that weight and keep it off: No.
To lose weight effectively, you technically don’t need to do any training at all whatsoever. Even though it will certainly speed up progress and serve to get you into a better shape as well as tone the body, its not really necessary at all.

Once you have achieved your dream physique, the maintenance is actually laughably easy! Talk about keeping it off? NO problemo.
Yes, really! icon wink Cardio Workouts for Fat Burning ? Negative Calorie Foods? The Fat Burning Controversy Continues...

But to try and train real hard in order to undo a bad diet and lifestyle, that is truly the wrong way, and many go down that route. Did I hear someone say cardio workouts?
It’s not good for you, and how could you possibly sustain this type of thing indefinitely? How could anybody?

7. Now on the other side: All you gotta do is take “X-Pill” or supplement. Lose weight magically in your sleep with meditation or subliminal CD’s etc:
Gimme…A…Break.

Weight loss is easy and simple, but not as simple as that. Don’t buy into that sort of thing. That’s nearly as silly as negative calorie foods…

But imagine there was a magic pill that really works. This would still not fix the problem at its root, as you may become lean, but remain unhealthy. Not the solution.

In summary one might say that yes, you have to somehow create a calorie deficit, so eat less than you burn off per day or per week.

And yes, the right training helps. Did I mention that’s NOT cardio? icon smile Cardio Workouts for Fat Burning ? Negative Calorie Foods? The Fat Burning Controversy Continues...

The only difference is whether you do it the hard –and wrong— or the easy –and right— way.

With appropriate nutrition, training, sensible supplementation (like magnesium and omega 3 for example), maybe some short term fasting thrown in for good measure and most of all the right timing of all those factors, you can do it quickly, pretty easily and effectively … whilst eating plentiful and healthy foods (positive calorie foods! icon smile Cardio Workouts for Fat Burning ? Yes it’s true, it’s true.! icon wink Cardio Workouts for Fat Burning ? Negative Calorie Foods? The Fat Burning Controversy Continues...

I mean, come on: I used to be FAT, 265 pounds at 5 foot 9, and no joke. It’s a well known and accepted fact that it’s much easier to become really lean if you’ve never been obese in the first place.

And yet it’s easy for me, too: now that I do things the Temporal Synergy way. And did I mention? I’m not exactly 20 anymore, neither. That also makes a difference, as it’s much less effort for a teenager to burn calories than for, say, a 30 year old.

But here’s the kicker: today I’m leaner than I was with 20 (and I was lean then! icon wink Cardio Workouts for Fat Burning ? Negative Calorie Foods? And that’s a fact.

To Your Success,

Mark
