And that even though weight loss is a very serious, important and timely subject that affects millions of folks, all of those who genuinely need help with their health, bodyweight, self-esteem and looks.

The question is: how to separate the fat burning fact from the weight loss fiction?
How not to get lost amongst the fat loss myths and scams?


  • Should you do Cardio for Fat Burning? Some say yes, definitely, some say you have to be crazy to even consider it.

  • Exercise and Fat Loss: which ones are effective, which ones are a waste of your time? Do you have to do it?

  • Foods to Burn Fat? Can that be even true? You have to eat less to lose weight, right? So how can food burn fat?

  • When you cannot even make out what‘s right and what‘s wrong because of all the nonsense all over the place, it sure is difficult to create results, and right hard to reach your physique goals.

    I can tell you my own story, Blitz-Version:
    Before I finally figured out how it all works, before I discovered the Timing Factor, I went through the same as probably many of you: I dropped weight, and put it right back on. I burned some fat, and even lost some muscle mass, bulked back up, and presto: fat again. Jo-Jo Effect, right?

    If you ask me, the first priority should be to find out what‘s what, what is for real and what will give you the greatest possible ROI (return of investment: your money, your time, your effort).

    Without this, many will be destined to continue to fail miserably. Down that road lie clinical obesity, low self esteem, an unattractive body and quite likely a shortened life.

    If people only have the right –nay the best– info at hand, I‘m convinced many more will actually make great progress on their fat burning journey.

    So now you might be thinking: “If it was so easy, how come most don‘t succeed with their weight loss goals?“
    Well, I can answer that. The modern western diet is unfortunately totally screwed up, and folks grow up with these frankly dangerous foods and eating habits.

    I will do my best here to unravel the whole weight loss mystery, and present you with some clear and down to earth facts and guidelines.
    And that is because –- even though this might sound a bit soppy— I care for you guys, and I want to make sure you succeed with your health and leanness goals, that you do achieve your dream body and life.

    It is possible, and here‘s the Good News: the whole weight loss game IS much simpler, AND easier, than it looks. Really!

    It‘s easier than you might have thought.
