The Best Whey Protein Shake: Mark’s Wednesday Tip # 2

The best whey protein shake that’s both healthy and yummy (Video) and how it’s done.

Hey guys, so here’s my Wednesday tip #2, and it’s about how to make a shake that will definitely not poison your system over the long run, like I believe just about most would do, if taken regularly.

Thing is, they’re all loaded with some artificial sweetener or other, flavorings and coloring agents, you name it. That shit can’t be good for you, I don’t care what anybody says…

Especially if you take in your protein regularly, well, I’d just make sure you’re not adding something to your body  that will build up harmful substances and chronically make you ill.

It’s quite OK to supplement with a protein shake sometimes, both in a build up or in a cutting phase. Some extra whey or casein can have definite benefits. IF it’s natural and unflavored and unsweetened, that is.

Only problem? The natural whey protein powders taste absolutely BLAH!

Until now, that is… in the video I show you a simple Ninja Trick on how to make this super tasty, keep it clean and healthy, and NOT add any extra calories!

Enjoy,

Mark
