    He said: “Grashopper,” as it were, “Grasshopper, sit down, shut up and listen to what Yoda has to tell you!”
    “Baby Boomers are an up-and-coming market, they are more and more aware of fitness and health issues, their doctors tell them to drop weight, it’s a no-brainer!”

    So I sat my butt down and wrote a whole book:

  • I structured the whole thing in a “Meal Plan Fashion”:

    So what that means is I took all the guesswork out of it, every little thing is planned out for the reader, all you gotta do is follow the ready blueprint.

    OK, I thought, why not do like the big magazines do … you know; a kind of continuity-thing? I would basically publish one chapter of my book every week here on my blog!

    It’s an experiment, and we’ll just have to wait and see how it goes.
    Will I still be able to sell it afterwards? I guess so, if people like it they will buy it, they’ll want the whole thing in one … I honestly don’t think this would reduce the chance of future sales.

    Is it normal to get fat and out of shape with middle age?
    Not.
    Yes, hormones decline, but you can offset that with some special herbals and other intelligent and natural supplementation as well as healthy nutrition and training.

    Let me introduce myself real quick:
    My name is Mark and I was born 1971.

    Now that doesn’t exactly make me a Baby-Boomer, but also I’m not 20 anymore.
    The reason why I really believe I’m qualified to write this book is twofold:
    I’m a Olympic Performance Coach, so professionally I work with Olympic and other Elite-Level Athletes.

    And personally … well, I must admit I’ve been there, done that, won the T-Shirt.
    There was a time when I was seriously fat: 265 pounds at 5.9, and no joke!
    Huffing and a Puffing up a short flight of stairs, big belly, big butt, big boobs?
    Not fun at all.

    But this is ancient history now: at 175 pounds and 5-6 % body fat year-round I’m in the best shape of my life, with higher energy-levels than in my 20’s.
    That picture? Yep, that’s me, promise! That’s me today …
