A Quick-Fix Check List On How To Lose Fat Quickly

Hey guys and gals, it’s Mark here with just a short and sweet check list on how to lose fat quickly.

No big deal, just apply any or all of these at any time and you will notice results immediately.

• Have organic Coffee and Green Tea
They give you an energy kick for the training, they cut appetite AND they contain phyto-nutrients that actually support the weight loss process!

• Cut out all Calories 4 hours before bed.
Sets you up for a favorable, fat burning hormonal response.

• Postpone breakfast by 3 hours.
See above. Additionally, these two together (the 4 hours in the evening and the 3 in the morning) will increase you over-night fat to nearly double time!

• Use Turmeric/Curcumin both as a spice as well as for supplementation: about 3x 5-10 gram daily will do the trick.
Extremely healthy and a powerful fat melting agent!

• Do Interval Training: run, swim, cycle, row etc hard for some 30 seconds, rest 2 minutes, repeat for sets, 5-7 is a good number.
Will further increase those fat burning hormones! And shape up your body.

• Eat high fiber foods like beans and lentils
Stuffs you up and rids your system of fattening chemicals.

• Have cruciferous vegetables
The healthiest food, AND directly active in the weight loss process.

• Add fiber to your foods. Either a good mixed fiber supplement, or Psyllium husk, or Spelt bran all are different, all are good.
See beans and lentils. Extreme filler-effect, but beware: increase water intake along with the fiber intake.

• Cut out all carbohydrates short term for rapid weight loss results. This means you’re basically left with smart fats and protein:
A bit boring and both a multi vitamin and a fiber supplement are recommended.
But 2-4 weeks is alright.

• Try some short term fasting. Easier than it sounds, actually really good for you and it will drop those pounds at the speed of light !;-)
